Frequently asked questions
What is an "active worker"?
An active worker is anyone who records an attendance event (clock-in, timesheet entry) during the billing month. You only pay for workers who actually work — not headcount, not FTE, just actual activity.
Are there setup or implementation fees?
Implementation is scoped separately based on the complexity of your awards/EBAs, number of systems to integrate, and any customization needs. Many implementations are delivered by our partner network. We'll provide a detailed implementation quote alongside your subscription pricing.
How does connector pricing work?
Each system integration (e.g., Deputy, MYOB, Humanforce) is a flat monthly fee. This covers ongoing maintenance, API usage, and data sync. There are no per-record or per-transaction charges for data flowing through connectors.
What about credential verification costs?
Third-party credential checks (AHPRA, VEVO, police checks) are passed through at cost with zero markup. You pay exactly what the verification provider charges. This is billed separately based on actual usage.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Many customers start with Bridge Lite for connectivity and upgrade to Bridge + Assure or Governance Pro as they mature. Upgrades can happen at any time and are pro-rated for the remaining contract period.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Standard contracts are 12 months. Shorter pilot periods are available for qualified organizations wanting to prove value before full commitment.
